Training registration and tuition payment: Terms and Conditions
Registration Policy
Your registration applies to the specific course, dates, and location you have chosen.
Registration
Registrations cannot be processed without 100% payment. Confirmation of registration will be sent once payment has been received.
Refunds/Cancellations
• If paid 30 days or more prior to the training date, tuition payments are 100% refundable.
• If paid 15-29 days prior to the training date, tuition payments are 75% refundable.
• If paid 8-14 days prior to the training date, tuition payments are 50% refundable.
• If paid 7 days or less, prior to the training date, tuition payments are non-refundable.
Transfers
Transfers are available only when tuition is paid in full and another course that is equal or more in pricing is available. Tuition may be applied to another course offered within the same calendar year (January to December) of the year that tuition is paid.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, and checks and money orders.
Online
Complete and submit the online registration and payment form after selecting your courses.
Phone and Fax
Fax the printable registration and payment form with credit card information to the attention of Patricia Mir at Fax#: 301.987.5498. For assistance, call 301.987.5495 Extension 101.
Mail with Check or Credit Card
Send the registration form with payment to Links Media, LLC: 707 Conservation Lane, Suite 300, Gaithersburg, MD 20878, Attention:TRAINING.

Returned checks will be assessed a $50.00 penalty fee. Links Media, LLC reserves the right to modify all terms and conditions. You are encouraged to review these terms and conditions from time to time. Any modifications shall be effective when issued and shall apply to any orders, licenses, and subscriptions commenced following the publications of any such modifications.
